ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who is the sole accused, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Section 379 I.P.C., and Section 21(1) of Tamil Nadu Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation), Act, 1957, in Crime No.276 of 2020, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner said to have illegally transported quarter unit of river sand by using bullock cart. Hence, a case has been registered. 3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police.

4.In view of the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.13334 of 2020 etc., batch, dated 03.09.2020 by the Principal Bench of this Court at https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD).No.10986 of 2020 Madras, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5.Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands dismissed.
