[Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The petitioner filed the writ petition to restrain the respondents from opening a TASMAC shop at Pallathividuthi Maramadakki Road, Pallathividuthi Village, Alangudi Taluk, Pudukkottai District.

2.The District Manager, TASMAC, Pudukottai, in his counter affidavit dated 28 July 2017 indicated that in view of the objection of the local people, a decision was taken not to locate the shop in survey No.74/1 at Pallathividuthi Maramadakki Road, Pallathividuthi Village, Alangudi Taluk, Pudukkottai District. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.In view of the submission made by the District Manager, TASMAC, Pudukottai, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

4.The writ petition is disposed of with the above observation. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
