ORDER
This petition is filed to condone the delay of 599 days in filing the above Writ Appeal.
2.Though notice has been served on the fourth and fifth respondents, none appeared on their behalf.
3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and taking into consideration that the respondents 1 to 3 have got no objection to condone the delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay of 599 days on payment of costs.
