When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the case in O.S.No.276 of 2019 has already been disposed of by the learned Principal District Judge, Dindigul today morning. The judgement was pronounced and the suit was dismissed and the same was uploaded in the e-Courts.

4. Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
