Respondent Prayer :- Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition under Section 24 of C.P.C., to withdraw the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.109/2020 on the file of the Family Court, Salem and transfer the same to Family court, Tiruchirappalli for adjudication and pass such other further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the said circumstances of this case and thus render justice. ORDER:- This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dt.02.

11.2020 and the requisition letter submitted by the Judge, Family Court, Tiruchirappalli, in D.No.228 dated 11.04.2022 and this Court made the following order:- As per the order passed by this Court dated 30.06.2021, the learned Judge, Family Court, Tiruchirappalli was directed to dispose of H.M.O.P.No. 109 of 2020, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. After direction, the Judge, Family Court, Tiruchirappalli seeking further extension of time for three times and this Court also extended the time limit. Now, the Judge, Family Court, Tiruchirappalli seeking extension of time for the fourth time.

2.In view of the above, finally one month time is extended for disposing the matter, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Judge, Family Court, Tiruchirappalli is hereby directed to dispose of the case within the time limit, without any further adjournment.
