Respondent PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned auction cum tender notification dated 30.09.2020 in Na.Ka.No.A4/1288/2014, published in Dhinamani Daily dated 01.10.2020 issued by the respondent and quash the same and consequentially direct the respondent to extend the period of licence for one more year from 20.10.2020 to 19.10.2021 without making any further demand of notice fees.

The writ petition filed by the petitioner involves disputed questions of fact. Therefore, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to file a civil suit and he has also sent an E-mail to that effect to the E-mail ID mentioned in the cause list. 2.Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the E-mail, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to redress his remedy before the Civil Court. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
