Prayer in CRL RC(MD)No.680 of 2020:

To set aside the order dated 18.08.2020 passed by the learned V Additional District Judge, Madurai in C.A.No.116 of 2018 confirming the order dated 15.11.2018 passed by the learned Fast Track Court No.I, Judicial Magisterial Level Judge, Madurai in S.T.C.515/2014 to dismiss the complainant in S.T.C.No.515/2014 on the file of the Learned Fast Track Court No.I, Madurai and to acquit the appellant/accused.
