ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused herein, who was arrested on 06.08.2021 in C.C.No.97 of 2022, on the file of Additional Special Court for NDPS Act Cases, Madurai, for the alleged offence under Sections 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii) (C) and 25 of NDPS Act, in Crime No.718 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner prays for a direction to the Additional Special Court for NDPS Act Cases, Madurai to dispose of the case in C.C.No.97 of 2022, within the stipulated time fixed by this Court. 3.Considering the period of incarceration undergone by the petitioner, ie., from 06.08.2021, the learned Special Judge, Additional Special Court for NDPS Act Cases, Madurai is hereby https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

directed to dispose of C.C.No.97 of 2022, within a period of five months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the trial Court could not complete the trial within the stipulated time, the petitioner is at liberty to apply bail.
