Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to make name corrections in the UDR as per the settlement deed in doc.No.4246 of 1943 dated 27.11.1943 on the file of the Sub registrar, Aruppukottai, Virudhunagar District and thereby issue patta in favour of my son P.Ramkumar so far the property in Survey No.92/2, 92/4 of Kanjanaickenpatti Village, Aruppukottai Taluk, Virudhunagar District based on the Gift Deed in doc. No.1351 of 2023 dated 02.03.2023 on the file of the Sub-Registrar, Aruppukottai, Virudhunagar in the light of the enquiry report filed by the 3rd respondent dated 10.11.2022 and as well as the petitioner's representation dated 20.09.
2023 submitted to the first respondent in person within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court. ORDER:- This Petition coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.D.
