[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The sum and substance of the grievance of the petitioner is that a public pathway is under occupation of the respondent No.6, whose case was considered wrongly. On receipt of the complaint of the petitioner, the second respondent has sent a communication dated 29.06.2018 to the third respondent. As no further action is forthcoming, the present Writ Petition has been filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. We have perused the documents filed by the petitioner. The sixth respondent seems to have filed a suit claiming title over the property in question. However, we are not proposed to go into the said aspect. Admittedly, the second respondent has directed the third respondent to look into the matter, take appropriate action and report the same. This has not been done.

3. In such view of the matter, we direct the respondent No.3 to take appropriate action, pursuant to the communication dated 29.06.2018, sent by the second respondent, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The Writ Petition is disposed of on the above terms. No costs.
