PRAYER :- To call for the records of the impugned FIR in Crime No.72 of 2019 on the file of the 1st respondent dated 03.11.2019 and quash the same as illegal.

ORDER: The Court made the following order :- The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that the charge sheet has been filed.

2. This Court had already granted a limited interim stay until 22.06.2023, and it was not extended thereafter. This Court had also granted time to file additional grounds. However, no additional grounds have been filed till date. Since the charge sheet has now been filed, the present petition cannot be entertained. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
