ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry, based on the representation dated 29.07.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner borrowed a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- from the third respondent as security and he has also signed in some stamp papers in the year 2020. Now the third respondent appears to have given a complaint to the second respondent. Based upon the complaint, the second respondent is pressurizing the petitioner to execute sale deed in favour of the third respondent. Hence, he sent a representation on 29.07.2021.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that so far no complaint has been received against this petitioner by the second respondent and no complaint is also pending against him. Anticipatory bail application moved by the petitioner was also disposed of on the ground that no complaint/ enquiry is pending against the petitioner.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10995 of 2021 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that on 09.08.2021, the petitioner was called for enquiry by the second respondent.

5.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the representation made by the petitioner is pending. When a visit was made to the petitioner's house in the address mentioned in the representation, it was found locked and he could not be contacted through his mobile phone also. No enquiry is pending against the petitioner. Question of harassment also will not arise. 6.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
