ORDER
The petitioner has come to this Court seeking issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings of the 2nd respondent herein in A.Thi.Mu/740/Aa1/17 dated 21.06.2017 to quash the same and further direct the respondents herein to approve the appointment of Tmt.A.Antony Prema as Secondary Grade Teacher in the petitionerschool w.e.f. 08.06.2017 and disburse grant-in-aid towards salary and other attendant benefits.

appeared before this Court on 24.07.2017 and made a statement that the impugned order will be withdrawn and revised order will be issued.
3.Today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents produced the order passed in Na.Ka.No.2645/B2/2017 dated 26.07.2017, in and by which, the District Elementary Educational Officer, Tuticorin, has granted approval to the appointment of Tmt.A.Antony Prema as Secondary Grade Teacher in the petitioner-school w.e.f. 08.06.2017. Placing on record the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.2645/B2/2017 dated 26.07.2017, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
