ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction directing the second respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the defacto complainant, FIR has been registered against the petitioner in Crime No.540 of 2021, dated 20.09.2021.

3. In view of the above, the second respondent is directed not to interfere with the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the third respondent, except the crime committed by the petitioner in Crime No.540 of 2021.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
