This petition is filed under section 96 of the Civil Procedure Code to set aside the judgment and decree dated 4th day of August 2018 made in O.S.NO.160 of 2013 on the file of the III Additional Distirct Judge, Tiruchirapalli by allowing this appeal suit and thus render justice.
ORDER:- This Civil Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.Vivek Bharathi, for the first respondent,and none appeared for the petitioners, this Court made the following order: When the matter came up in the morning session, there was no representation and as such, the matter was passed over and when the same was again taken up at 2.50 p.m., there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners. Therefore, this petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
