ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police in P.R.C.No.45 of 2012 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate , Melur for the offences punishable under Sections 417, 376, 109, 506(i) pf IPC and Section 4 of TNPHW Act , seek anticipatory bail.

2.The petitioners were absent during the trial in P.R.C.No.45 of 2012 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur. Therefore, Non-Bailable Warrant came to be issued on 15.03.2018. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners undertakes that the petitioners shall appear before the Court below regularly on all future hearing dates without fail.

4. Considering the undertaking given by the petitioners, the petitioners are directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur within a period of two weeks from today and to file a petition to recall the NBW issued against him. The concerned Magistrate is directed to consider the same on merits and pass orders on the same day.
