No.15682 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.19691 of 2022 on the file of this Hon`ble Court that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police once in a month i.e on first working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m, until further orders. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.BALAJI.A, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.ALBERT JAMES, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioners have not comply with the order passed by this Court, dated 16.12.2022.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances the condition already imposed on the petitioners is modified to the effect the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on 1st working day every English Calender month at 10.30 am for a period of four months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
