************ [Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The petitioner filed this writ petition to direct the respondents not to locate the liquor Shop in S.No.35/2A, Athiyuthu Village, Ramanathapuram Taluk, Ramanathapuram District. 2.The counter affidavit filed by the District Manager, TASMAC, Ramanathapuram indicated that the Shop is located beyond the prohibited distance. There is nothing on record showing that the shop in question is proposed to be located in violation of the statutory provisions.

4.The writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
