ORDER

In view of the fact that the writ petitioner is unable to get consent of the pattadars who are 96 in number, the order dated 19.02.2024 in W.P.(MD)No.3657 of 2024 has become unworkable. Survey cannot be conducted. Final decree proceedings amongst the parties are pending. Therefore, no further order is required for recalling the proceedings.
