[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] On account of efflux of time, the relief as such sought for to open the Parappalaru dam water for the Muthupoobala Samuthiram Perumalkulam, Javvathupatty Periyakulam, Ramasamuthiram Kanmai, Sadaiyakula Kanmai and Sengkulam in Ottanchathiram Taluk to protect the interest of the farmers would not arise. Therefore, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
