This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner by insisting her to live along with her parents or any other place without her consent considering her representation dated 04.07.2018. 2.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate [Criminal side] for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate [Criminal side] appearing for the respondent police submits that the petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. The same is recorded. 4.It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass her.
