This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, seeking quashment of First Information Report in Crime No.15 of 2021 on the file of the first respondent as against the petitioner as illegal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent No.1 and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is represented by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that, on completion of the investigation, the name of the petitioner was deleted from the First Information Report in Crime No.15 of 2022.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), no further order is required to be passed in this petition.
