ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J) The writ petitioner seeks to restrain the respondents from locating the TASMAC shop near the Kalakkadu-Nanguneri Road Junction, Tirunelveli District.

2.When the matter was taken up for disposal, it was submitted that the District Collector, Tirunelveli District have not received any proposal so far with regard to the said location of TASMAC shop, as apprehended by the writ petitioner. There is nothing to be adjudicated in this writ proceedings. However, it is made clear that if any such proposal is received in future by the second respondent, the first respondent shall afford the opportunity of hearing to the writ petitioner and only thereafter take a decision in the matter.
