Petitioner PRAYER : Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 24 of Code of Civil Procedure, to withdraw the case in HMOP.No.644 of 2022 from the file of Family Court, Theni and transfer the same to the file of Family Court, Dindigul for disposal of the same on merits in accordance with law. ORDER

The present transfer civil miscellaneous petition has been filed to transfer H.M.O.P.No.644 of 2022 from the file of Family Court, Theni to the file of Family Court, Dindigul. (*)"2. Being satisfied with the reasons given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and considering the constrain that the petitioner has to undergo travelling from Dindigul to Theni, Court is inclined to transfer H.M.O.P.No.644 of 2022 from Family Court, Theni to Family Court, Dindigul. The Family Court, Dindigul shall endeavour to bring closure to the dispute between the parties within a period of 12 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The presence of the respondent shall be dispensed with unless required.
