PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent Nos.1 to 5 and direct the 6th respondent school not to discontinue petitioner's son 2nd Standard study on the reason the State Government has not granting aid for the during academic year 2021-2022 under RTE Act and ensure the free and compulsory education act 2009 and based on the petitioner's representation dated 26.07.2021.

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus directing the sixth respondent to retain the son of the petitioner 2/4

in the School.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the sixth respondent submitted that the son of the petitioner had already left the School during June 2022 itself.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives in this Writ Petition and according, the same is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
