O RDER Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the respondent Police has conducted investitation in Crime No.25 of 2021 and on completion of investigation, charge sheet is filed before the concerned Court in C.C.No.2308 of 2023

2. In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Criminal Original Petition and the same stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
