ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third respondents 1 to 3 to issue the look out circular as against the fourth respondent till the disposal of the case in Crime No.88 of 2023 on the file of the second respondent police station.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has been registered in Cr.No.88 of 2023 and there is property dispute pending between the parties and counter case also pending against the petitioner herein.

3.In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to investigate the matter in the manner known to law and if there is any possibility to abscond, the second respondent is directed to seize the passport of the fourth respondent. Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands closed.
