ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.SRINIVASARAGAVAN, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- The Writ Petition is filed questioning the recruitment of Shift Supervisors in Co-operative Spinning Mills.

2.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, initially the interview was held on 05.08.2015. The same was cancelled due to the visit of the Hon'ble Prime Minister. Now, it is alleged that the interview was held on 21.08.2015, without notice and pursuant to such interview the impugned recruitment took place.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that while 16 persons were selected, the persons in Serial Nos.7 and 15 have not joined the service so far, though the order was issued as early as on 28.09.2015.

4.In view of such submissions, there shall be an order to the first respondent to keep one post of Shift Supervisor vacant in the mills under the control of the first Respondent pending disposal of the writ petition. sd/- 29/01/2016 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
