This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent herein not to interfere in the civil disputes except under due process of law.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the official respondents would submit that based on the complaint given by the fourth respondent as against the petitioner, summons were issued to the petitioner, however, the petitioner did not appear for the enquiry. 2/4

3.In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the enquiry and the third respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is disposed of. 18.05.2023 NCC :
