ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to direct second and third respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry at the instigation of fourth respondent, on the basis of petitioner's representations, dated 16.05.2023 and 17.05.2023.
2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the official respondents would submit that the petitioner and the fourth respondents are friends and enquiry is pending against the fourth respondent for the allegation of job-racketing. 2/4
3.In view of the above submission, the third respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
