ORDER
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for R1 to R4. 2.The petitioner alleges harassment at the hands of the respondent police.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor states that no complaint has been received against the petitioner. 4.I am not able to fully believe this version. Unless there has been some cause of action, the petitioner would not have moved this Court. Be that as it may, if any complaint is received against the petitioner and the respondent police decides to register an FIR, the petitioner will be put on notice, so that, the petitioner will have breathing time to move the jurisdictional Court for the relief of anticipatory bail. I may also add that if any petition is received against the petitioner, the petition enquiry must be concluded within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
