2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based upon the complaint given by the husband of the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken and during the course of the enquiry, private respondent has given an undertaking that they will not make any trouble or disturbance. On that basis, it came to be closed on 02.08.2021. The husband of the petitioner has also given a statement to the effect that further proceedings need not be taken on the complaint. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
