ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the records in C.C.No.697 of 2022, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate,Virudhunagar No.1, Virudhunagar District. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, after hearing the arguments, on considering the nature of offence this Court is not inclined to allow the quash petition. At that time, the learned counsel for the petitioners prays to grant the relief of dispense with the personal appearance of the petitioners, since the first petitioner is working in CRPF at Surat and the second petitioner is aged about 60 years. 3.Considering the age of the petitioners, the personal appearance of the petitioners is dispensed with and they shall be represented by a counsel after filing appropriate application.
However, the petitioners shall be present before the Court at the time of furnishing of copies, framing charges, questioning under Section 313 Cr.P.C. and at the time of passing Judgment. The trial Court is directed to dispose of the trial within a period of five months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
