ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Section 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(B) of NDPS Act 1985, in Crime No.442 of 2020, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.
3.This is the second anticipatory bail petition. Earlier this Court by an order dated 26.06.2020 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.6089 of 2020 had dismissed the anticipatory bail petition on the ground that the ganja weighing about 6 kg has been seized from the accused Nos.1,2,3 and 4 and the co-accused has also furnished the confession statement and some previous cases similar in nature are pending against the petitioner.

CRL OP(MD).No.11260 of 2020 4.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side), on instructions, submitted that there are two NDPS cases and two other cases are pending as against the petitioner.
5.Taking into consideration the fact that there is no change in circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
