Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.BALAJI.A, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.ALBERT JAMES, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard.

2.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition already imposed on the petitioner is hereby modified to the effect the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Sunday at 10.30 am for a period of three months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
