Prayer in CRL A(MD).No.332 of 2023:- This Criminal Appeal is filed Under Section 14(2) pf SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Amenedment Act, 2015,to call for the records pertaining to the order passed in CRL MP.No.644 of 2023 on the file of learned Special Court for Trail of Cases under SC/ST (POA) Act, Pudukkottai District, dated 05.04.2023 and set aside the same as illegal and enlarge the appellant on bail in Cr.No.85 of 2022 on the file of Respondent.

ORDER:- This Criminal Miscelleaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s.S.Mohamed Kasim, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/s.R.Sivakumar,, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for the respondents 1 and 2, this Court made the following order:

CRL MP(MD). No.7572 of 2023 This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A(MD).No.332 of 2023 dated 25.04.2023. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly.

3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly. 4.Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.A(MD).No.332 of 2023 is modified and the petitioner shall report before the trial Court once in a month i.e on the 1st working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
