ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to issue the look out circular as against the fourth respondent (Passport No.N5867885) till the disposal of the case in Crime No.138 of 2023 on the file of the second respondent police station. 2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that the fourth respondent is residing at Malaysia.

3.In view of the above, there is no need to issue look out circular as against the fourth respondent. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
