Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order in Parvai:Onathu/D4/Pu.ra/3285, dated 11.01.2017 passed by the respondent No.3 on the file of the respondent No.3 and quash the same as illegal.

ORDER

The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a

Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order in Parvai:Onathu/D4/Pu.ra/3285, dated 11.01.2017, passed by the third respondent and to quash the same. 2.Mr.S.Sathish Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the first respondent and Mr.A.P.Muthu Pandian, learned counsel takes notice for the respondents 2 to 4. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was suspended from service by the impugned order, dated 11.01.2017 without assigning any reason whatsoever. The learned counsel further submitted that the petitioner has given a communication on 09.01.2017 for permitting to deposit the money in the treasury. Further, the learned counsel submitted that the third respondent has not considered the letter, dated 09.01.2017 while passing the impugned order of suspension on 11.01.2017.

4.Mr.A.P.Muthu Pandian, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 to 4 submitted that the petitioner may be directed to give a representation to the third respondent afresh today itself and in the event of the petitioner giving a representation for revocation of the order of suspension, the same would be considered immediately.

5.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also submitted that the petitioner would given his representation today ie., 27.01.2017.

6.Having regard to the submissions made on either side, I direct the petitioner to give a representation to the third respondent today itself for revocation of the order of suspension and in the event of the petitioner giving his representation today ie., on 27.01.2017, the third respondent is directed to consider the same and pass orders on or before 01.02.2017. 7.With the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed.
