This writ petition is filed seeking for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus,directing the respondents to grant adequate protection for construction of compound wall in Old Survey No. 521 in Ward No. 4 Block No. 20 T.S.No. 1846 in Melapalayam, Mayila Kadhar Street, (New Town Survey No. 32) based on the petitioners representation dated 24.06.2017.

2.Heard Mr.G.Thalaimutharasu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.Muthu Karuppan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 to 4 pass in this writ petition abusing.
3. Mr.G.Thalaimutharasu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner , would submit that it would suffice, if a direction is issued to the fourth respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner.
4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this writ petition, this Court, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner in this Writ Petition, directs the fourth respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.06.2017 on merits and in accordance with law, after providing opportunity of all necessary parties, if any, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
