Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.KARUNAKARAN.K.M., Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent No.1, the Court made the following order:- This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A.(MD)No.293 of 2024 on 24.04.2024. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has complied with the Conditions imposed by this Court regularly. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly. Further, the investigation is completed and the final report is filed and the same was taken on file in Crl.M.P.No.373 of 2024 dated 28.02.2024, on the file of the learned 1st Additional District and Sessions Judge(PC), Thanjavur(FAC). 2/4
