[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J] The petitioner's request as submitted by the learned Special Government Pleader is pending consideration, wherein report from the Vigilance Cell is yet to be received. Thus, the learned Special Government Pleader would submit that three more months time would be required for consideration of the prayer sought for.

Accordingly, we direct the first respondent to pass orders on the verification of genuineness of petitioner's community certificate based on her representation, dated 26.04.2017, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
