ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 21.07.2021.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 06.08.2021, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that there was a dispute between the petitioner and his neighbours, with respect of that complaint and counter complaint have been received and closed on the earlier occasion. Thereafter, the petitioner sent a representation which was also enquired in C.P.No.23149 of 2021 and the same was closed.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that during the course of enquiry, the petitioner as well as the third respondent herein appeared before the concerned Officials and given statement that they will not indulge in any quarrel or trouble in future. Based on the undertaking given by the both parties, the case was closed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Crl.O.P(MD).No.10759 of 2021 on 10.04.2020. He further submitted that except that case there is no complaint against this petitioner by the third respondent. 4.In view of the above undertaking given by the both parties, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this matter. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
