[Judgment of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the first respondent / writ petitioner submitted that the first respondent has received the provident fund pension and the admissible interest from the Provident Fund Organization. As far as the interest ordered as against the appellant is concerned, learned counsel for the first respondent submitted that the first respondent will forego his claim and will not make any claim with the appellant in this matter.
