2. Mr.B.Pugalendhi, learned Additional Advocate General, on instructions, submitted that on account of agitation, the second respondent has decided not to locate the TASMAC Shop at Vadikkovilpatti Village, Nakkalapatti Post, Usilampatti Taluk, Madurai District.

3. Since a decision has been taken by the second respondent not to locate the TASMAC Shop at Vadikkovilpatti Village, Nakkalapatti Post, Usilampatti Taluk, Madurai District, no further adjudication is necessary in this Writ Petition.
