This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to give police protection to the petitioners for fencing their property at S.No.114/1A Pallathur main road, Sivagangai District. 2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that based on the representation given by the petitioner, an enquiry was conducted and the same was closed, since the dispute between the parties is civil in nature. 3.In view of the above, the parties are directed to workout their remedy before the civil forum. Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands closed.
