Whereas upon Motion this day made unto this Court by MR.N.PRAGALATHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and MR.S.RAVI,COUNSEL ON BEHALF OF THE GOVERNMENT OF TAMILNADU FOR THE RESPONDENTS, for the respondents 1 TO 3 and the Advocate for the petitioner praying the detention order passed in M.H.S.Confdl.NO.71 of 2021 dt.09/07/2021 on the file of the R2 herein and quash the same and direct respondents to produce body or person of detenu by nameManikandan alias Aandi Manikandan, Male aged about 21 years, S/O. Chermakani now detained at Central Prison, Palayamkottai before this Hon'ble Court and set him at liberty forthwith.

Whereas this Court had directed issue of notice, returnable by Monday the Six day of September Two Thousand Twenty One. to the respondents 1 to 3 herein to show cause why this petition should not be complied with:
