RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition in particularly the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am for a period of four weeks concerned imposed in Anticipatory bail order in Crl.O.P.No.7910/2024 order dt 29.05.2024 by this Honourable Court. Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SIVAPRAKASH.S, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court 1/3

directing the petitioner to report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks concerned to report before some other Police Station.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the defacto complainant's relatives were tried to attack the petitioner. Therefore, he has filed the present petition.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side)

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.7910 of 2024 dated 29.05.2024 in para 6(b) is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Inspector of Police, Tenkarai Police Station, Theni District, daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
