PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to survey the property comprised in Old Survey No.166/1, New Survey No. 274/7 (as per Patta No.481) to an extent of 00381 Sq metres (4101.05 Square Feet) in RC Street, Ariyur, Lalgudi Taluk, Trichy District. This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to survey the property comprised in Old Survey No.166/1, New Survey No.274/7 (as per Patta No.481) measuring an extent of 00381 Sq metres (4101.05 Square Feet) situated in RC Street, Ariyur, Lalgudi Taluk, Trichy District.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate on instructions submitted that the survey is scheduled to be held on 14.11.2023.

3. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
