*********** [Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to remove the encroachments made by the respondents 4 and 5 on the public street in Survey No.184/35 in Keelakudiyiruppu-Thirani Village, Devakottai Taluk, Sivagangai District.

2. When the Writ Petition was taken up for admission, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 placed on record the details regarding the action taken under the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905 [for brevity, ["the Act"]. We have gone through the same. It is seen that an order under Section 6 of the Act has already been issued. We, therefore, direct https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the third respondent to take follow up action, pursuant to the above said proceedings, after issuing due notice to the respondents 4 and 5, as expeditiously as possible.

3. The Writ Petition is disposed of, on the above terms. No costs.
