ORDER

The revision petitioner herein seeks for an early disposal of A.S.No.13 of 2019 pending on the file of Principal District Court, Pudukkottai.

2.The learned counsel for the revision petitioner submitted that he is appearing for the first respondent/first defendant before the Appellate Court and that he is the only contesting defendant. However, since all other respondents remained ex-parte or did not contest, the suit is yet to be completed. He further submitted that the revision petitioner is about 60 years old and also physically challenged with disability of about 75%. Hence, he seeks for an early disposal of the suit.

3.This Court was informed that A.S.No.13 of 2019 is posted to 01.12.2020. The learned Principal District Judge, Pudukkottai is now required to ascertain if the respondents, to whom notice is yet to be served, have contested the matter before the trial Court and if not, he may consider dispensing service of notice on them. Once the service is completed, the learned Principle District Judge, Pudukkottai is required to dispose of this matter within a period of three(3) months thereafter, at any rate not later then 31.03.2021. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

4. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is Allowed. No costs.
